This is really what it comes down to isn't it?  Either we make a deliberate choice or we follow old habits.  One leads to the unknown - one to familiar ground. 

The easy way is to stay in the comfort zone .. never take a risk.  That's also the way to a dull uninspired life. 

This blog is a journal of choices.... a commitment to try the unknown and begin to actually do what I've read so much about! 

Maybe I should rename my blog "Choice NOT Habit"..... we'll see!
